Put Your Manifesto into Practice: One Choice, Right Now
Your Personal Manifesto becomes powerful when you begin using it—not simply as a statement of what you believe, but as a reference point for how you choose to live.
This short practice invites you to bring your Manifesto into a real situation in your life right now and experience what changes when you let what you know matters to you help guide your choice.

The Practice: One Choice Through Your True North
Take out your Manifesto and choose one real decision, situation, commitment, opportunity, or tension currently present in your life. It doesn't need to be a major life decision; in fact, something ordinary makes the practice easier to repeat.

Journal on the following prompts:

  1. What is happening?
Name the situation or choice without trying to solve it yet.
  2. What does my Manifesto say matters here?
Read your Manifesto and notice the value, truth, priority, belief, or way of being that feels especially relevant.
  3. What feels aligned—and what doesn’t?
Notice where your current choices or responses are consistent with your Manifesto and where you may be moving away from what you have said matters to you.
  4. If I were loyal to what I know, what would I choose?
You don’t have to make the biggest or most dramatic choice. Identify the choice that feels most congruent with your True North.
  5. What is one aligned action I can take now?
Choose one small, concrete action that puts your Manifesto into practice today.

Your Manifesto becomes your True North through use. Each time you pause, return to what you know matters to you, and allow it to inform how you choose, you strengthen the relationship between your inner authority and the life you are actually living.
